He already released the first book of his new series, The Red Pyramid, it's been getting stellar reviews so far.

No, that's not what I'm talking about, I've read that one ( and yes its pretty awesome) but I'm talking about his other new series, yes he is writing two series at a time, one second and I will get the link.

I know, it's the second series to Percy Jackson and the Olympians. I'm eager to read it.

Meanwhile in the world of the Kane family, The Red Pyramid is still going strong! In its sixth week on the New York Times bestseller list, it is the #1 childrenâs hardcover in the country. Thanks to all of you who have read and enjoyed the adventures of Carter and Sadie, and donât worry, Iâm working on the second volume of The Kane Chronicles right now. If all goes as planned, it will be out May 2011. Iâm doing my best to produce a Heroes of Olympus book every fall and a Kane Chronicles book every spring for the next few years so you guys donât have to wait any longer than necessary. Thatâs twice as fast as I usually write, so wish me luck â" and yes, I am crazy. Thanks for asking!

Lulz, I feel so out of place with my choices...I often forget the average age when I come to those sections of Ag...In any case, I used to read artemis fowl and such as a kid but I'm more into philosophy/realism now...along with some scifi and more spiritual works...
To the user above, and the one who wrote the original post; MicrosoftWord messes up with ag's coding, try copying/pasting from word pad.

haha, well what do you read, just because I enjoy reading stuff like Artemis Fowl doesn't mean I don't read anything else.

It's hard ranking books, and at 18 I can admittedly say that I'm may not be versed enough in literature to rate such a thing as a book, even though I'm quite the bookworm...
Well, I'll just list some of my favorite books, without attributing them ranks.
Siddhartha, Hermann Hesse
Steppenwolf, Hermann Hesse
The divine comedy, Dante Alighieri
Twenty thousand leagues under the sea, Jules Verne
Thus spoke Zarathustra, Friedrich Nietzsche
Beyond theology, Alan Watts
I, Robot, Isaac Asimov
These are only a few, but I actually like mostof what the above authors wrote.
I'm currently reading Milan Kundera's ''The Unbearable Lightness of Being''

Cheers

Twenty thousand leagues under the sea

One of my all time favorites.

The divine comedy, Dante Alighieri

I attempted reading this, but I just couldn't get into it. Perhaps I'll when I'm older. I need to find a place to find the others, Siddhartha I've wanted to read forever after it was recommended by some of my friends. I, Robot was that anything like the movie? Of course Issac Assimov always gives you a good read.
