actually, littering can help with the environment and money problem.

People can collect cans (litter) for moneys and theys wont be poors anymore. also this will help with environment scientists so they donts have to pick up litter and they can solve other things.

As a devout litterist I am deeply offended by the OP.

It gives criminals something to pick up that can help the community. So they can be rehabilitated into society

And don't try and tell me dying animals is bad for the environment. You have no evidence for that. The death of one organism provides nutrients for many more.

I don't like those $1000 fines for littering on a freeway. Isn't that a bit harsh for throwing a piece of trash on the freeway?

Yes, very good points!!!! Also if you litter you will be fined and can pay money to the government to help other people in your country

If everyone threw everything away at the same time, the landfills would fill up too quickly. So littering is actually good for balancing the amount of trash entering the landfills at one time.
