Could someone help me? I have found 3 of the "5" steps the lady was talking about. I talked to the hobo, I went to work without dressing, and I jumped off the edge. what are the other 2? anyone?
@Wolfmansbro: Ya I can't find the other 2 endings either...
@Everyone else: I thought the game was hilarious in general though. Like when he randomly jumps off the building to commit suicide, or talks to the hobo who randomly takes him to a graveyard. Funny game.
Well, I didn't much pet the cow, as I did poke its nose and leave. so can anyone explain the ending to me, embarrassingly, I didn't get it. the world was empty of people, no one was left, and at the very end I say a different person jumping off the building. then it went to the title screen. what..?
I personally liked the ending, because I kinda understood what the author meant by 'alienation and refusal of work'... for example, all the walking you have to do just to sit in your cubicle and work (one of the steps) is very significant, because it makes you think 'why should I walk so much just to sit and do the same as everyone else, something that most probably doesn't even concern me at all?' That's kind of the definition of alienation, working on something that doesn't directly affect you, just as a consequence of today's capitalism. Sorry if my post makes way too much analysis, but I really liked the way it sent you a social message, just like an independent movie.
