I've never heard of people using mayo or ketchup on pizza, although i've used ranch dressing before
I like:-chicken-Italian sausage-onions -garlic.anything else and i think it's too much.

I like most meat on my pizza. Sausage and pepperoni are really good on pizza. I also like ham and pineapple.
maybe i'd just go with plain
