Mine was in [Assassin's Creed.i] It was the final boss. I had the assassin's blade out. I had never managed to counter with it. The first time I'm facing him ever. I got to the part where he clone's himself. I had no idea which one it was, so I pick one at random. He attackede, I countered with the blade for the first time ever. It was the real one, and I killed him. How about you?
I was playing an Metroid zero on the gameboy advance... it was a long time ago... Anyway i was fighting Ridley so just shooting him until he grabs me... When i am in his hands i kept shooting missiles rapidly and killed it so fast But seriously that was a good game
I was playing NFS: Carbon, yeah a car game. I was playing my first time, and I came to the first boss. I raced him, and at the finish we were neck a neck and he pushed me on a wall/building and I flew up in the air, flipped and then landed on the bosses roof upside down. Then I was stuck there and just before the finish he braked a bit, and I slided down from his roof and into the goal just before him. It was epic!
mine was in dragonage-origins the first troll you face you jump on his chest and stab him right in the heart, then he reaches up to try to get you, and you stab him once more for good measure, just something about that.... epic
shot off the hands of a hollow man king thing in fable 2. then i shot off its head and it was still alive headless and handless. then i just chucked a fireball at it. really cool kill and an achievement
In Red Dead Redemption where you have to kill Bill Williamson? Does that count?
Sniped the 2 Mexican Army guys on horses on horse, sniped the gatling gunner (with Dead Eye, he shot bullets like crazy), threw dynamite in front of the metal carriage and killed both horses and driver from explosion, killed the back-up driver with a revolver, then waited for the cutscene to begin.
Colonel Allende uses Bill as a bargaining chip, throws him to the ground and then you get control over your guy again. Shot Allende in the chest twice, let Bill get up, Bill starts talking, loots Allende's dead body for his pistol, starts shooting at me, I got into Dead Eye and put 6 bullets into Bill's groin. The guy "helping" me, Abraham, looked disappointed when I shot Allende (he was supposed to kill Allende).
MGS4: Guns of the Patriots, I shot clorophyll (I forget his actual name... the dude in the wheel chair that you normally fight in the forest while he jumps around in the trees and snipes you... people that played it know who im talking about) I saw him sitting by a warehouse after a cutscene all helpless looking in his wheelchair and thought to myself... "Hmm, I wonder if I could just pull out my rocket launcher and kill him now." so I did exactly that he blew up, warehouse blew up, bodies everywhere and I never again had to fight him HELLS YES!!!

The coolest way to kill a boss is by playing shadow of the colossus of course...as for me, I did beat Volt in tales of destiny 2 with the very last hit of demon spiral hammer...oh wait, nobody knows what I'm talking about unh?...
Not sure if it counts as a boss, but i let my friend play operation: anchorage (an expansion pack for fallout 3, for those who dont know) and at the end where u fight general Jingwei, he had no ammo left in his guns. all he had were mines and his trench gun. being the inexperienced player, he threw the controller at me in a joking manner and yelled "take care of him! I'm scared"
I proceeded to have an epic sword/knife duel with gen. jingwei and his shocksword. the VATS cutscenes looked like something out of a micheal bay film, the T-51bs ahnilating the chinese forces in the back ground as I hacked and cut into the evil Communist. It was like oblivion all over again! It took only one minute, but it seemed like hours! Fallout FTW!!!
