The tournament will be on the setting of normal mode. If you don't like it then quit ahead of time or forfeit the tournament because you don't like normal. I will not change the settings. The official rules are on page 7. The only thing I didn't list was the game setting.
I will say it again. The setting for the WHOLE TOURNAMENT WILL BE NORMAL.
haha i was asking because a'lot of people don't like normal i have no qualm with normal however i know those who do i was trying to make it more user friendly so to speak
Sinuscontrol is in. Darktroop07 has been confirmed. I will let Kazuo in the tournament, but only if he wants to. The way the tournament works is on page 7 (my comments only). The rules are simple:
Does anybody have any complaints on who's where on the tournament chart? If so then please tell me that complaint with a convincing, clear, and legible reason of why I should fix the problem.
I think there should be a group stage to take out the randomness of the quarter-final so far. It is the typical 4 groups of 4 players format used in the World Cup:
Group A: Player 1 Player 2 Player 3 Player 4
Group B: Player 5 Player 6 Player 7 Player 8
Group C: Player 9 Player 10 Player 11 Player 12
Group D: Player 13 Player 14 Player 15 Player 16
At the group stage, each player plays best of 3 games against each of the other 3 players. You score points as follows:
2-0 win against a player gets you 3 points 2-1 win against a player gets you 1 point Losing gets you 0 points.
So, winning 2-0 against all the other 3 players in the group can net you a maximum 9 points.
In the case of 2 players at the top of the group being on the same number of points, the top seed is the player who won their head-to-head.
For example, if Players A and B both have 7 points in their group, and are the top point scorers, and player A BEAT player B in their head-to-head, then player A is the top seed.
If there is a 3-way tie, seeds are determined by a show of hands by the referees on who they think has the biggest penis.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE GROUP STAGE (knockout-stage):
The top 2 players in each group will go through to the quarter-finals. The knockout-format is as follows:
Winner of Group A------- vs |--------------| Runner-up Group B------- |---------------| Winner of Group C------- vs |--------------| Runner Up of Group D----
Winner of Group B------- vs |--------------| Runner-up Group C------- |---------------| Winner of Group D------- vs |--------------| Runner Up of Group A----
