I was wondering if anyone else uses a linux based operating system. Im currently using Ubuntu and so far its worked great. Well i've recently started using linux and love it. Its almost impossible to get a virus in it since 95% of viruses are for windows and then mac and linux is at the bottom of the totem pole. The only draw back is that you can use windows programs on linux, so if you have warcraft 3 for windows, it wont work on linux. There is a way to run them through a program called wine but i dont know much about that. Oh the best part about downloading ubuntu? you keep all of your windows information, the only change is that when you boot of your comp it gives you the the choice 1.boot windows 2.boot ubuntu. So im not trying to advertise or anything, i just wanted to know if anyone else currently uses it. If you dont, ask around, ubuntu is really helpful if your constantly getting virused
