I'm hoping 3.0 emphasis the difference between just being member and being an active member of the community. Different ranks for involvement in different areas maybe.

Nah, ranks should remain the same. AP should remain the same.
I just want it to that being an active member and having a higher rank grants more privileges.

Doesn't he own AG already? I'm sure he intends to keep us here for longer. Though I'm here for the forums, not the games. I am not being sucked in by the marketing.
