if you see a newbie, help them out, they usually spam cuz they dont know the rules.

Gantic and Strop are active, but only at specific times.
And I've never seen Calm on the forums.

No, I'm not scrapping this. It's a trend to see people complain too much in the S&S area.

Maybe Calm is on when you are not?

we sort of have a system of rep right now. its known, we all know who has the most and how has the least. it ranges from troll, noob, semi active, active, and so on and so forth. its not exact but good enough

or you have to have a certain amount of rep to even give out rep then noobs wont boost each other

I can still see posts that are posted when I am not online.

It hasn't. As far as I recall it has only been brought up once or twice. Though people in the S&S in general just shoot down almost everything suggested.
