I was watching the Colbert Report and on his "Emergency Thought for food" segment He said there was "research" being done to put sandwiches into cans.

I'm not sure what to think, a Sandwich is not exactly "canable" and if it supposed to a drink then....Well...no comment

What do you think?

American loves anything that makes us have to work less.

a candwich, as long as its relatively dry and has a good taste, sounds like a good idea.i would buy them as most of the time i am too lazy to make a sandwich

No, the candwich is liquid. Didn't you see the can? It had one of those ring, drink openers.

^ * looks at article* doesnt really say what it actually is... plus i doubt they would advertise a sandwich on front when its a liquid.

Well really, do you put a solid sandwich into a drink can? Who would do that?

all it said that it is a pop-top soda can... they have pop-tops for many canned products and the can-design might be for ease of processing/canning.

I'm confused now. It doesn't look like the can has one of those peel away covers but it might.

In the end, if it's liquefied it's disgusting. If it's a real block of food then real sandwiches are better.

Eh, what does liquefied bread taste like?

Non-Alcoholic beer?

This is even worse than baconnaise...

Bacon and Mayo taste good together, how'd they eff that up?
