DO give me a reason and/or examples so support what you said (unless that is common sense lol) i think having siblings is better as having siblings helps in having the other siblings nice,after all,the eldest have this natural "duty" to show a good example,that way,the younger ones will have this natural "will" to follow his example if they dont hate each other or anything
I have 2 older brothers. I hate it. But i'm glad. I don't want to be spoiled like most only childs are. I'm grateful to have older brothers to play with and develope toughness with.
I'm glad you said most, I'm one of the few only children I know that isn't spoiled. While being an only child is nice, it's also really boring at times. I think at best I would want a little sister.

It is better to have siblings, unless they're horrible. Though for the most part siblings provide support, guidance and company. I guess single children who don't really have friends that are close as good siblings are with each other, are missing out.
Don't forget older siblings are also there to show you all the stupid things not to do. i.e. When you're 3 you see your 5 year old sibling put his hand on the stove, from then on you know the stove really is hot.
I have an older brother and sister and god i could murder them sometimes but they can be really funny i learn things from them (not all rude) and we all share a love for family guy. Also me and my sister have quite a bit in commom musicly i certianly dont with my brother (he likes popular music). So overall i much prefer having siblings, i have a friend who is an only child and it seems so boring for her.

I wouldn't have had it any other way though. The guy was teaching me what he was learning in Elementary school while I was still in pre-k.
He may be a douche, but he always does right by me when he isn't insulting me or trying to kill me. (I wake up in the middle of the night to see him standing over my bed with a knife sometimes. The guy has more mental problems than I do)
If you're the only child of your family, you're doomed to be spoiled. And you'll become one of those person, expecting the world to give them all. Hard to bear. If you have too many brothers, you'll end up without self esteem. Easier to be with, but terrible on the long run.
I hate being an only child. I have nothing to do most of the time, and I always receive the short end of the stick with my parents wrath. When they have a bad day, I'm the only one who they get to take it out on.
On the plus side I'm very rarely annoyed when I'm at home. I just avoid my parents, so they can't annoy me.
Well single children would think that having a sibling is fun. A child like me eho has a younger brother and an other sister would think being an single child would be so much better. im olny going to say if you can put up with a lot of stuff, you can handle having siblings. If you can't put up with alot of things, you would want to be an olny child.
I think having siblings is better. I enjoyed having my sister around, but now that she is gone, I have nobody to fight with. So as a consequence I spend more time online lawl. True story.
