DO give me a reason and/or examples so support what you said (unless that is common sense lol) i think having siblings is better as having siblings helps in having the other siblings nice, after all,the eldest have this natural "duty" to show a good example, that way,the younger ones will have this natural "will" to follow his example if they dont hate each other or anything
You will not be lonely You will have someone to talk to(I talk to my bro all the time) You would probably have someone to share interest with(Warning: Bro/Sis may vary. You may not be able to share your LOVE interest) And a lot of things I still didn't think.
Bad thing.
They will constantly fight with you(punches, kicks, video games, etc.) They will sometimes put blame on you(I do it all the time) Baby sisters are annoying(especially when they like to sing) Once again, bro/sis may vary.
Only child.
Good thing.
You will always, ALWAYS get things that you wanted. You will be the center of attention. Uhhh....its hard for me to think about this OK? I'm not an only child... You won't have to fight with anyone(except your cousin...if you have any!!) to use/play the laptop/video games console/TV. And others.
Bad thing.
You will be lonely. You will feel depressed by your parents being mad at you for no reason(work trouble perhaps?) You won't be able to put your blame on other people. And others I haven't think of.
So, even if you're an only child or have sibling, it still sucks.
Having siblings is great. I'm was the oldest for 6 years, then my parents had another one. He was annoying when he was 3~6 years old, but he's slowly maturing. I have another brother and sister, but they're way younger then me. If it wasn't for them I'd be extremely spoiled (I hate spoiled kids) and sadly, lonely >_>.
I was an only child fo like a year lawl. That probably doesn't count and then I had my sister for twleve years. And now she's gone darn! No company just my parents. But I can't really say that I want my parents to have another kid. Oh no.
Okay, as an only child, the stereotype that you always get what you want is wack, man. I hate hearing it from all the sibling'd people I know.
Plus, it's lonely, and there is never anyone to blame when problems arise. I kinda had to learn all my own life lessons from my parents, which is less fun to deal with, and my friends.
In all, I think I did gain an inherent laziness from being an only child.

The hell are you talking about? I get just about everything!
Plus, it's lonely
I'm going to have to agree with you on that one. I wish I had somebody that liked Halo like me, and was always around to help get each other achievements. I'd also probably go outside more...My parents are thinking of giving birth to another child, but It wouldn't be a 2 super close friends kind of thing since I would be so much older than him/her.
It all Depends of your age :P Having a younger sister (like 8-13) is problematic , because they are really annoying -.- Older sisters (21-25) are Excellent because they are slightly older than me so we have kinda the same view at life :P Younger brothers are awesome (any age) because you can torture them , and they wont tell on ya xD And older brothers are the same as Sisters :P (for me atleast)
Well it's good to have siblings to be less lonely and maybe have something to do,but when you do have siblings they get annoying as hell?Don't they well atleast all of mine do,when you're an only child you can usually get more of what you want and have no annoying big/little sisters or brothers.
By the way I have a little sister and brother and a big brother and sister.
im misrable having an older brother if i walk past his room to go to my room he yells WHAT!!!!!!??????!!!! snotty and at night he crys because he has to off the computer and his fake online gf was cheating on him thats not possible

I can't do that to my younger brother. He starts crying and my mom goes "WTF IS GOING ON!?!". Sports are a good way to vent the anger though. I "accidently" threw a football at his face.

Your brother is a good influence. /sarcasm Does your parents do anything about him?
WEll i think i would prefer being only child, hehe although i think i would get a spoiled brat! But you have all the attention of your parents, they have more money for holidays and so on! the only good thing about having siblings is that you can talk with them and have fun, but you can also have that with friends! Siblings often make fights, also because your around almost 24/7..
