Nickelodeon, they have Spongebob and those old cartoons (Rugrats and Hey Arnold etc.)! Cartoon Network is great but very ridiculous. Disney was great in the old days, but now it's full of stupid crap.
i have to go with CN. disney has shows for kids. nick, i just dont like spongebob and their other icarly ****. but cartoon network has samurai jack, johnny bravo, dexters lab and tom and jerry. they dont have any live action shows which i like it. i am personally into comics(mangas) so i dont watch them these days.
cartoon network all the way!!!! who in the world would rather watch selena gomez singing very crappily over tom and jerry! there is nothing better than some old school violence!
Cartoon Network was good in the old days, but lately there are just not any good shows anymore, and all the good ones have ended and don't play as much.
I cant really pick which one. Nick is the reason i licked watching tv when i was little (littler), and since disney has pixar its very hard to pick. In cartoon network, they had tonnzai which was AWESOME....so all i gues
That's a tough choice. You can't just nix Disney because they pretty much DEFINED what animation was to become; however, you can't say that without considering the contributions made by EARLY Cartoon Network(i.e. Hanna-Barbera, Looney Tunes, Merrie Melodies).
My personal preference would have to be class Cartoon Network. Bugs Bunny, Yosemite Sam, Wile E. Coyote and Road Runner all hold a special place in my heart; and despite the new generation CN, they still have some winners on the network. If you guys haven't already, you should totally check out Adventure Time and The Regular Show. They're well on their way to becoming what Dexter's Laboratory was.
I'm forgetting Nick, though. I never really watched Nickelodeon. I know they had some awesome game shows that I DID watch. GUTS, Legends of the Hidden Temple, Figure it Out!, and Nick Arcade were all game shows that I loved growing up; however, I can't say they've made any lasting contributions to animation, and beyond Spongebob Squarepants, I can't say they've created a lasting animated series.
I could go on, but this isn't a thesis statement, haha.
