Time to answer the age old question of Half-Full or Half-Empty?
Explain your answer.

Half-Full: Optimist.
Half-Empty: Pessimist.

This may not be true for you. It just increases your chances of being one or the other.

There is nothing wrong in expecting the best as long as you have prepared for the worst.

I may expect the worst most of the time, but that's just who I am...

I always try to find the worst in a situation, then I look for the best.

I assume finding the best in it would cheer you up some after seeing the worst.

Niether. Its the wrong sized glass. That amount of water would fill a smaller glass PERFECLY!

I hate it when people try to get around the question.

Something like that, I prepare for the worst, but hope for the best.

Half-Empty. My emotions change with the stock market.

Hmm...Half-full? It goes along with my personality so I'm going with that. A doctor is someone who smiles, no matter how bad it gets. However, a surgeon is someone who smiles, because he likes cutting things

I would say half full based on what my friends think of me, and I think of me.

Given the current state of your emotional compass I would seriously recommend professional therapy at this juncture...

That glass is at half its total capacity.

I like to keep it real, yo.

Way to be literal. Very refreshing.

It took me a depressingly long time to come up with that phrase lol :|

It's a glass with water in it. Whether I'd define it as half filled or half emptied would depend entirely on whether it had just been half filled by someone pouring water into it, or half emptied by someone drinking/pouring out half the water.

I do generally go by the "expect the worst, hope the best" logic, though. Not necessarily a good thing.

It's a pretty good phrase, though. :P

It's half full, because there's water inside it already. You can't say half empty because it's more true on half full.

Hmm.. I say the receptacle is holding decidedly less than it's maximum quantity of fluids. However I really don't care, I'm still waiting for my beer...

It's half-full, because saying half-empty sounds stupid.
