I don't think that pink is a girly color. As they say, "It takes a true man to wear pink."

I wear pink sometimes, usually Light pink Polo's. What do you guys think? Whats your favorite color? Mine is green because green is awesome.

I don't wear Pink but not because I think it is a girly colour. See, Pink symbolizes feminism while Blue symbolizes masculinity. Men usually wear darker colours and women wear bright colours.

I think pink is alright, as long as you can pull it off.

My favorites would be black, dark blue, dark green.

If you can't tell, I like dark colors

I'm on the same boat. I like darker colors. Well, because, I don't really know, they just look cooler.

I like black, dark blue, dark green, and maybe dark red?

I usually wear blue, red and darker colors. I don't really wear pink that much, other colors look better on me.

maybe dark red?

To much like blood for my tastes.

My issue is that my skin tone is pretty dark, so light colors look much better on me, time for a wardrobe change I guess.

I prefer darker colors, but:

Fits me quite nicely. Pink actually looks better on me than most colors.

Girls may prefer it more than guys, but really don't see how it or any color is girly.

Once in elementary school, I popped a stitch on my side wearing a maroon shirt. Almost no color change.

There's nothing "manly" or "girly".
It's just another way of sexism.

Built in stereotypes. Ever since we're young we see things related to girls with pink, and other lite colors. So we trying to distance our selves from that, make our likes dark. Atleast that's what my opinion is.

There are many girls who hate pink, and some boys in my school wear pink often. Just maybe not too much of it xD

Interesting info on the wiki:

Pink in gender

* In Western culture, the practice of assigning pink to an individual gender began in the 1920s.[6] From then until the 1940s, pink was considered appropriate for boys because being related to red it was the more masculine and decided color, while blue was considered appropriate for girls because it was the more delicate and dainty color, or related to the Virgin Mary.[7][8][9] Since the 1940s, the societal norm was inverted; pink became considered appropriate for girls and blue appropriate for boys, a practice that has continued into the 21st century.[10]

I really need to understand their meaning of "appropriate"...
