I don't know if it's Chinese, but at the Hong Kong Buffet ( ) I always eat this thing that has broccoli, chicken and some sauce in it. It tastes awesome.
I like Kung Pao chicken, like authentic kung pao chicken with Szechuan peppercorns and different flavors and stuff. And maybe, uh, these huge deep-fried, MSG-packed crab rangoons from a local Americanized Chinese restaurant that are huge and crunchy and the cream cheese is really well-seasoned and there's a lot of real crab and stuff >_>
I like Hot Pot. I had some traditional Szechuan friends make it for me. It will make you wish that you were born without the ability to taste, that's how spicy it is.
I can't eat Chinese food often because most of it contains soy, and I'm not supposed to eat much soy. Well, I remember when I was at a friends house, and he ordered some of this meat from a Chinese restaurant. I don't remember the name of it, but it was delicious! It was covered in some sort of sauce and it was round.
