Most of the dishes here aren't actual Chinese food...they're crap imitations created by Americans.

Not all of them...

To expand it to my own culture's cuisine (the narrow choices on this thread made me laugh) and exclusively referring to my own's, ALL OF IT!

I don't know if it's Chinese, but at the Hong Kong Buffet ( ) I always eat this thing that has broccoli, chicken and some sauce in it. It tastes awesome.

Sticky Rice. Thats it.

Not really fond of Asian Cuisine, except for Sushi. Mexican is more my thing.

I like Kung Pao chicken, like authentic kung pao chicken with Szechuan peppercorns and different flavors and stuff. And maybe, uh, these huge deep-fried, MSG-packed crab rangoons from a local Americanized Chinese restaurant that are huge and crunchy and the cream cheese is really well-seasoned and there's a lot of real crab and stuff >_>

I like Hot Pot. I had some traditional Szechuan friends make it for me. It will make you wish that you were born without the ability to taste, that's how spicy it is.

I can't eat Chinese food often because most of it contains soy, and I'm not supposed to eat much soy. Well, I remember when I was at a friends house, and he ordered some of this meat from a Chinese restaurant. I don't remember the name of it, but it was delicious! It was covered in some sort of sauce and it was round.

Confucius say, you make parent cry.

It was covered in some sort of sauce and it was round.

Was it served with any vegitables? Mongolian Beef is the first thing that comes to mind, though its ussualy served with Green Onions/Scallions.
