No offence, but most of the chinese food you guys love aren't even authentic chinese food.

Was it served with any vegitables? Mongolian Beef is the first thing that comes to mind, though its ussualy served with Green Onions/Scallions.

I really like Chow Mein. I don't eat meat, so I usually just get fried rice and Chow Mein.

My favorite is Sum Yung Tang and Mandarin Chicken.

My favourite is sweet and sour pork, or spring rolls if that counts as a dish.

I love their terriyaki chicken, the baby lobsters, General Tso's Chicken, Chicken with Veggies, and their spicy chicken. But I'm not sure they would be dishes.

I love General Tso's Chicken, and Kung Pao. All from P.F. Changs.

I like orange chicken w/ fried rice

I like the Yakisoba. And gbnxc, try to stick on the first page of forums.

To add to my previous list on page 3:
Cumin lamb (sometimes found served on a small wooden bridge...)
And hot pot. There's a nice place in China that serves individual, small hot pots for each person.
And there's quite a few places to go for nice fish...yellow croaker is good. I don't remember the names of other fish, and don't even know their English names.

Well I would get teriyaki chicken and salmon rool sushi.

We have a local Chinese restaurant. From there, I typically have Sesame chicken and steamed rice. Yum! I don't mind Mongolian beef, either.

I would say tofu w/ soy sauce or noodles without meat because I don't eat seafood or meat. It's that or fortune cookies!
