So yes, technically it is illegal, but chances are they will not press charges. Unless you break things. Then you're sort of screwed.

It's actually illegal to own a store with round doorknobs. I guess if you have one of those house shops, where you sell from your home, you're okay, but I'm not sure. All I know is that you don't have the freedom to put God **** round doorknobs on your doors in your stores.
I think that's there because some people with arthritis or other gripping problems would have trouble turning stiff round door-knobs. It's like not having handicap access. (Don't get me wrong, I think getting sued for thousands over not having a ramp is BS)
