Take your shirt off and run around walmart. I had the urge to do so but I don't want to go to prison so.

Yeah this is getting pointless.
Well if you want a definite answer I could ask my sister. She works at wal-mart.

I don't think it is though, but yes you would get kicked out if you were running around with no shirt and no shoes. If your young then I don't think it matters as much.

New Topic
Is it illegal to not go to school because you don't feel like it(before you are sixteen)?
Just have to get a mod to help me with the title change.

No, but it's an unexcused absence. Too many of those will get you in trouble, and affect your ability to move up to the next grade.

But say that there are way too many, an unacceptable amount, like 30 days. With no excuses. Won't you get fined because it's the law?

I did say too many would get you into trouble... That could definitely mean getting fined by law enforcement.

Well that's just too bad, but I will not take any days off then. So yeah.

By law, your parents are enforced to give their children education; if they cannot afford it, they are given some options, such as financial aid. Children that do not go to school are truants and will eventually be questioned by officials. Parents and principals will be involved.

In some states, you are able to drop out of school before 16 if you have written consent by parents/guardians.

My mom wanted so bad to be able to just randomly pull my friends out of their school to do something fun on a school day, but these laws kept her from doing it. I only remember her doing it once, and that was awesome! In college, I'm able to ditch when I want, but it affects my ability to comprehend later lectures easily.

That goes in another thread in the WEPR @above post
Yeah well I don't want to be a truant sounds too much like a miscreant. Anyways time for me to think of a new topic.
@Roadripper if they kick you out then would you have to go to another school? Are you allowed to stop forever? Are you going to be a hobo and have to live out on the streets, and be a street hobo??
