cyancanine402 upon your request I opened this up. Who knows it may turn out to be more successful than some of the others.
You are a delegate of the UN. You get to choose which country but there can only be one delegate from each. Pick a REAL country. As per version 2 there are no cookies allowed. Bribery and Backstabbing are not only permitted, they are encouraged! Do your worst. Also no one has veto power but me. If you don't like it try and vote it away MUWAHAHAHAHAHAHA.
Once a resolution has been suggested it must be seconded before it is allowed to be voted on.
NOTE: PROPOSING AND SECONDING A RESOLUTION DOES NOT COUNT AS VOTING FOR IT!!!
and I also would like to agree to the proposal of the narcotic bill.
It will boost the economy, but we must take it in moderation. For example, we have breathalyzers for drunk drivers and codes of conduct that prevent people walking around with alcohol, we should also have some of these rules apply for the legalization of drugs.
those gangs you said will disperse, they'll still be the main supplier of narcotics either way, and you just make it easier for them to get their drugs in-country and find clients! you'd also see a rise in overall drug-related murders. in regards to it boosting an economy, how would you regulate something that is already out of control of any form of government?? unless the government made it's own drugs to sell, these government drugs still wouldn't be bought because they would cost more than the gang's, which prices would be lower for as they don't have the hassle of smuggling anymore.
while we're at it, might as well ask for another motion to be passed.
Indonesia was once a valued part of the Dutch Empire. We want it back. Would the UN kindly make a motion to restore Indonesia under Dutch control, without means of violence?
Private companies could be made to create the drugs. They could be sold a decent tax rate to be worth it. At the very least, it will cut down on gang activity. Without gangs smuggling, it will not reach children or teens and be much easier to watch when they are vending. As well, they would also need a license to sell such goods much like alcohol.
Why do you wish for it back? How was it taken? Why was it taken? How long ago was this?
yes but what if those private companies hire the cartels to make and ship their drugs you'd never know and the cartels would be stronger than ever reaching more underage people
friggin Indonesians won their independence after the japs left in 1945. We werent in control, so the Indos decided that they could run their own country. Pressures from the Soviets prevented us from focusing, but newfound rest and global quietness has had our government wanting the Dutch Indies back.
it is a vital reason when the Japenese left Indonesia in 1945 after WW2 the dutch lost some of their territory due to the war and now they want it back
indeed. we never officially "gave" indonesia its independence. It kinda threw off the shackles of Japanese opression and started running itself, which isnt cool.
