You are a delegate of the UN. You get to choose which country but there can only be one delegate from each. Pick a REAL country. As per version 2 there are no cookies allowed. Bribery and Backstabbing are not only permitted, they are encouraged! Do your worst. Also no one has veto power but me. If you don't like it try and vote it away MUWAHAHAHAHAHAHA.
Once a resolution has been suggested it must be seconded before it is allowed to be voted on.

well if you were caught in the middle of a war and you lost some of your territory due to occupation and after that war that small piece of land decided to become independent would you want your land back?

I vote for this bill with the condition of only allowing an international organization run by the UN and respective countries to distribute the drugs. We can't allow free market with this kind of dangerous stuff.
Because the Netherlands is one of the only countries where marijuana is legal trade in, out, and within the country, i say that we have the best experience to run this international agency. aka, i nominate myself. ^_^
