The population and Army are based off of the real life countries. Each country starts with 10000 of each recource. Objectives: Get 100,000,000 pop, 1,500,000 army size, 100000 recources, Get 10 Nukes, have Nukes developed.

Year 1, Month 2 Germany increases it's population, although German orgies are giving it a bad name, and the overabundance of that means... a 20% increase of population!

i took the closest estimate to 1960 soviet union population (1991) and cut it in half and estimated the army size and cut that by 3/4
its the soviet union since in the 60's it still was the USSR
Germany increases it's army by 1,000,000, but the drafts mean a rebel state has formed. -1,000,000 population, -1000 recources, +1,000,000 troops. Rebel State formed.
