I used to live in America from about the age of one, until I was four. I've lived in Britain ever since. But for the last couple of years, I've spent pretty much everyday wishing I could go back :/
Was it just my childish innocence that made me enjoy it? Or is it as good as I think it was. I don't really know if anyone can answer this without bias, but I just thought I might as well throw it out there. Thanks

Yeah that's right and I agree with it, America has some beautiful places, but I'm talking about America being the self proclaimed kings of the world. Which annoys me ALOT, as they aren't kings of ****.

I'm sorry that some of my fellow countrymen have annoyed you, but remember that the loudest people aren't always the majority, just the loudest. Come to Cali some time, we have fun here! Ah well, there are some mean people here too.

Then that makes us the most powerful country.

Yeah that's exactly why, because nobody can't be bothered to argue with the stubborn Americans about it. Americas arrogance will get them in trouble some day I'm sure. Until then, stick to jumping in near the end of wars and claiming victory

Stay in Britain
The only issue here is solved, WE NOW ACTUALLY HAVE SUNSHINE! :O
No more 'it always rains in Britain'

LOL. It is autumn. No sunshine. Just cold.

And I don't believe America are the most powerful country in the world AT ALL.

Then what country is?
None.
Then that makes us the most powerful country.
Eh? Lack of most powerful country makes America the most powerful country?

We have had freedom for longer than you.

Coming from a country that was originally British, and was originally inhabited by British people? lol

Their arrogance already hurts them in the way other people think about them globally. People burn American flags everywhere.

Ever heard of anyone (globally, not Canadians LOL) burning the Canadian flag? There are a few incidents but not as widespread as some of the world-wide hate of America.

And really, it's because of idiots like that Koran-burning guy.

I know, I hate it that people here can be stubborn and intolerant, but really their a product of our gov't and school systems. We never really learn much about other countries, I had to learn on my own and it's tough to keep up when the news cares more about who won dancing with the stars. I think our government wants us to feel alienated by other countries, even one's like Britain and Canada who we are on ok terms with(at least politically, maybe not some much socially) That way, if they ever want to go to war with any given country, we won't make such a fuss. I will say this, I am proud to be in a country that allows me to say what I just said and not get in trouble(I hope haha) I feel bad that you are all so hurt by us and I'm really sorry, unfortunately all I can do is not be one of those people and try to get others to see reason.

America is awesome. We pwn at failing IQ tests, failing school, shooting each other, corruption, genocide, violation of international treaties, and magically finding ways to convince people that blowing themselves up on our watch actually works.

If there is one thing we do good that is also good, it's keeping our own safe. For the most part.

Well arogance may be one of our nations flaws but I still like America because its big enough to have something for everyone.

I live in America (notice the little flag if you visit my profile), but have never been to Britain.
I would have to say now is not such a good time to visit America, what with the economy and the idiot politicians, but hopefully one day America will be like it was before
(Good economy, no war, etc.)

You know the only reason I stay in America is that English is my first language. That's why I couldn't go anywhere else besides England, Australia, etc. Sure I know some Chinese but not much.

I don't think you should come to America because of the state that it's in, you should stay where you are.

Nu-uh, the CERN made internet, and we have the CERN (well, shared with France of course). So we are good
