I used to live in America from about the age of one, until I was four. I've lived in Britain ever since. But for the last couple of years, I've spent pretty much everyday wishing I could go back :/ Was it just my childish innocence that made me enjoy it? Or is it as good as I think it was. I don't really know if anyone can answer this without bias, but I just thought I might as well throw it out there. Thanks
CERN didn't make the internet. Tim Berners-Lee (who was at CERN during that time) made the World Wide Web. The internet itself isn't entirely composed of the WWW, but a large portion of what we browse is the WWW. The Internet itself existed before WWW.
America is awesome. We pwn at failing IQ tests, failing school, shooting each other, corruption, genocide, violation of international treaties, and magically finding ways to convince people that blowing themselves up on our watch actually works.

Have to admit this made me laugh.
America's got it's flaws and stuff... Mostly gangs.

I read that passage before I knew you posted it Orion and I must say, I could tell it was you.
The Philippines is a somewhat good place to live, people here are pretty hospitable. Not much gangs here, just wannabe thieves thinking their all bad and stuff...
One of the many flaws here are newly born fetuses being thrown into the trash.
Right, except for still persistent government corruption, communist rebels who still hide, Islamic extremists in Mindanao and typical crime crime crime.
