And Eli sucked until he won the super bowl on one lucky catch that shouldn't have even happened. So many crappy calls. Now, he's one of the highest paid QB's. I love how one game/play can completely change people's opinions.
Though Tom Brady is the highest paid player in the NFL i believe.
But anyway, the Jets are wayy to underrated. Their defense in kick your ass. Sanchez still needs time.

But anyway, the Jets are wayy to underrated. Their defense in kick your ***. Sanchez still needs time.
But hey, we all have our opinions here.
Brady is the highest paid. I didn't say Eli was THE highest paid, I said one of the highest.
I like how people say the Jets are overrated. They definitely are underrated because people forget about their defense. Although they lost Calvin Pace for a few weeks. Sanchez does need time. I love how people say that he sucks when he hasn't had time to develop.
I'm sorry everyone, and sorry, vinster, but I'm an extremely competitive person and I'm so sick of people saying the Jets are bad. Here's some quotes I hear people say a lot.
"The Jets suck" People do not elaborate on that statement. They simply say the Jets are not a good team and that makes them seem retarded.
"Rex Ryan is really cocky" That's called confidence. Rex Ryan has a lot of confidence in his team, and his players are confident that they can win games. Also, back in the day, pretty much all of the other 31 teams and their fans used to hate on the Jets because of how bad they were in the 90's and mid-2000's. Now these people are complaining about Rex being arrogant because they can't make fun of the Jets as much as they used to, because Rex is able to defend his team.
"Mark Sanchez is bad" Yes, he had a pretty disappointing season last year, but almost all rookies have a tough season their first 2 years because they don't know the system as well. They make him seem like a Dan Marino kind of player who came back the next year and did really bad. He's a rookie, so give him a chance. They also made it seem like he threw 5 INT a game, but there were times when he showed some brilliance. Nobody remembers the 2010 playoffs...
And if you hate the Jets and you're reading this: I hate you. So, so much. Sure they might lose to the Ravens tonight, but I don't get how everyone has to say the Ravens are going to hammer them. Nobody remembers the Jets' defense, their Secondary, and the fact that Rex was DC for the Ravens for 10 years, so he knows the system and he knows how players like Ray Lewis and Ed Reed play.
Giants are pretty good still, they are still building though. Good Defense.
I have a feeling the redskins are going to beat them this year by a lot. They pulled out a win against Dallas (who is WAY over rated) so i think they can pull one out against NY too
Go packers! Anyways seeing the texans win brought a warm fuzzy feeling inside and watching the lions and rams trip just short of wining, mostly the lions, was sad. The overtime victory by the steelers was nice and thats all the games I saw.
They have always been by the media and sports writers always pick them to be that great team. Romo isn't that good, but Jerry dosen't see that.
Every year Dallas is considered a contender for the Super Bowl. Every year I lmao. Sure they have 4 unbelievable targets, Romo can't seem to make good passes. Skins are going to be great, but they need more receivers. McNabb can't rely on Cooley and Santana Moss all the time.
Speaking of overrated, watching ESPN, The analysts are definitely overrating Boldin, they're making him seem like Jerry Rice.
Cromartie's been penalized like five times in this game, showing why San Diego got rid of him. That interception though, was brilliant. I haven't seen that in ages, where was that the last two seasons? Other than the flags, he's been shutting down Anquan Boldin when Revis isn't covering him. He's been doing good man-to-man on Derrick Mason as well, you would of never known Cromartie had such great man-to-man skills if you saw him the last two seasons.
