It's probably just because you're getting older... I did Pokemon for 2 years, and quit it as soon as Middle School started... =P

Yea i think so. Its just not the same without ash and brock and all those other guys.

Yeah I beat soul silver and once you beat a game its boring. The only diffrence in each videogame is your enemy and storyline.

They've basically just run out of good pokemon designs, so they have to make them more complex-looking. That takes the fun out of pokemon for me.

i like pokemon played everygame yes it does get boring its usally the same stuff with just different characters and cities

The fun cute pokemon era is gone, sad to say. Now it's nothing special. Too many random pokemon that I'd never remember the names of or what they look like.

But maybe that's a sign to move on to a different game...

well i gotta admit its my favorite series but it gets boring. ive played for more than 4 years, my favorite being fire red. i beat it about 5 months ago. i dont want to restart cuz i did so much.every new series gets worse, my least favorite hoenn (played it through SO much times) but black and white game freak just jumped the shark with that.

they pokemon are starting to look not like pokemon and the story is always the same legendary pokemon and a boss or two -.-

well all u say is true i stopped playin soulsilver when i beat it. got borin max lvl was 70! low i know. black and white gameplay pics look cool nice graphics i guess but the actual pokemon are lookin retarted. Same main storyline like rivals and badges. keep on repeatin over and over. favorite region was probably kanto. good episodes hoenn was cool and sinnoh? alrite

i agree is is very stale now, both with show and creatures. and yes i grew up going home from school watching a new episode either day.

the manga was allways good

When you repeat the same RPG system over and over again, never revising it or making it any more complex the games are bound to get stale. The Pokémon are also getting far less creative and the plot and storyline are always exactly the same.

They've just released too many versions that have practically no changes but a few new graphics. It's nice when you're new to the Pokemon plot and the concept but after a while you begin to notice just how repetitive and unimaginative every instalment is.

i agree with elitemagical i have been playin all the pokemon games from blue/red yellow fire red emerale diamond platinum and soulsilver really borin now
