I wish school was from 6am to 2pm. That would be pure freaking win to me.
You want school to start earlier? That's interesting. I've heard guys wish high school was from 9am-4pm, to catch up on some sleep. It's the downside of "oh, I have more time to sleep, I can stay up later" that totally backfires the whole proposal.
Of course, when you're in college, you can choose your classes, whatever and whenever.
Anyhow, I like me new school. Might just be the classes I'm in, but not nearly as many retards as last year. It's full of lulz too.
It seems as though you gotta get the complex, advanced classes to get away from those folks. And even then, you get a straggler or two. Let me just say something right here; if you are in a chemistry class, stay away from the hicks who think they know what compounds to add.
That's already my schedule. It sucks, trust me. All that precious afternoon to play football with your buddies? Gone.
hmm...I suppose you may have some extra sleep time, but less 'life' to experience afterward. Extra-curricular activities could also run to 6-7pm. Which is scary.
... That might not end well. D:
It takes only one screw up to turn a shweet-looking gas into a combustion of CO2 and HCl.
You guys think school is bad? I am a freshman in high school, taking algebra 2. I have about 5 projects due in a few days, and I get math homework everyday. If i don't turn in my math homework I get two detentions. I have been working my butt off, yet it is only the beginning of the year, and it will only get worse.

Boom?

Easily. Football and basketball practice at my old school could sometimes go until 8.
I'm glad I'm out of high school, I hated it. But it had nothing to do with the times or work loads, it was the fact that I can't learn very well in a public school environment. Well that and the fact that I never found an interesting topic in high school.
Thats why I'm now going to college for game programming, its fun and the classes are taught in a way that works for me. So I no longer hate school.
I hate to rub it in but my school system rocks. I get to go to my once a week appointment once a week at 12:15 PM spend an hour there turning in my work and reciveing new work. Asking any questions about the work and taking maybe a computer test, about 10 questions about what I read in language arts. I have all week to do it till the next wendsday. So every day is like Summer just more relaxing with some HW I do each day.
eeeehhhh........ f#ck school and all the teachers and specially the guy that created school
You can say that but first unlearn everything you've ever learned.
HAHAHAHHA I still have 7 more days of summer B.I.T.C.*.E.S
I get out for 2 1/2 weeks in September 24 and my school year ends mid December so I don't think you should be gloating. No one likes gloating here. *raises hammer*

That would work... if everyone woke up that early.
I just realized that there's stuff that you learn in school that you do not use in real life.
I realised that a long time ago, but that does not detract from the need for education.
i'm already 3 weeks into school! D: LUCKIES!
I'm already seven weeks into school! Good thing this term/quarter ends in three weeks.
"Hey kids wanna be a great sniper in the special ops well you'll need to know this math!" Not math! Well I'm good at math, not great like some kids but still. 1/2 + 2/2= 2 1/2. See I'm smart.
its called trig, watch the movie sniper, with mark wahlberg. and you totally use everything you learned in school, almost everyday. and knight_34 i love my job, but i would trade it all back to go to college, sadly college is expensive, luckily my dad was a chemistry professor, and left me all of his books on physics, and fluid mechanics, and nuclear physics, and chemical engineering, and his G.C., and all of his beakers and whatnot(don't know what im supposed to do with them, but theyre fun to play with). although, if you want to see what i do, go to wegotussomewood.com
