Well, Biggie, Method man, Common, Rakim, KRS-1 and Wu-tang clan deserve to be in there for sure.

I pick Eminem. It's a very close battle between Eminem, Tupac and Dr. Dre. But I think Eminem is the best. Most rap fans won't admit though because he's white.

I'm really not into rap, but there is one I can listen to, and that is Stress. He also deserves to be in here, and he'll be the only one I'll give my vote to :P
