mod of forums is a hard job and they dont pay you. You have to delete all the spam help people make usefull topics and so many things is so hard people do not complain or what and why their want to be mods?
You need to produce the evidence Skater. Sure they have hectic lives but that doesn't mean they despise us. If they did they would either screw the site up or quit. Really, if they quit at least they'd publicly declare it.

I suppose if there was any real reasons that I would, for any real stupid reason (I've been modded enough times and it is a thankless job, regardless of the idolization and authority) it would be for two reasons - the first would to help contribute to the community in a viable and measurable way - a way that people can see, they can see me trying to make the forum a better place.
And the second would be a combination of the idolization and the authority, but that's mainly just a perk.
