If you are a Spore Fan tell what do you like about it here and if your writing a comment why not give a little idea for spore.

It was a quite interesting take on evolution i'll tell ya that... VERY interesting :P

but as elite said cellular and tribal were probably the most fun, although i did get very worried in the space stage when i befriended the Grox and every race in the universe declared war on me.... that was a LOT of clicking, let me tell ya that!

and the expansion pack didn't do much, but the space adventures was interesting and kept me busy for a long long time.

i liked the game but the space stage was not what i was hoping for. I really wanted to make fleets of ships to destroy the galaxy, not be condemned to wander space in one ship with all my planets stacking spice up and not selling it.

If it wasn't dead, I might consider getting it.

Maybe after the price is cut further

I wish there was a little more science put into the whole thing -- the humor is cute an enjoyable, but there really isn't the feeling of a grandly sweeping spectrum evolution that we were promised.

The games objective was not to have a scientifically accurate model of evolution, that would be practically impossible to implement into an enjoyable game. It needs to have the promised features but also be accessible to anyone, from minors to academically accomplished geniuses.

However, it does lack a lot of substance as a video game. I like how its very easy to navigate but the amount of micromanagement and little details that were stripped from the game in doing so makes it a lot less worthy than its potential. If someone created a less dumb-downed version of the game I'd call it a masterpiece.

Nonetheless, it is currently one of my favourite games.

Spore Creature is on the verge of disastrous. It retains the cute feel with Paper-Marioesque (inventing words here) but the gameplay is weak, there's no noticeable evolution in the behaviours of your creatures with increasing intelligence and the controls are horribly unresponsive making battles with unfriendly creatures a frustrating task.

sry for the triple post but i think that anyone who disagrees needs to play it again.

You triple posted to say that people with different opinions need to change them?

It's not that dead. There's still an active community, you're just a lot more likely to find those who dislike it more than those who have a slightly obsessive fandom over it.

Secondly, it's £10 . . .
