Well, the real reason why only a few people submit games, is beaucse only a few people actually know how to make flash games (which is the only kind of games AG supports)
If I had a game file right in front of me and it was made by me, I know 100% how to submit it.
Making the game is another story. I'm a n00b at programming; I suck at it and I don't intend to try to get better.
An analogy to programming a game would be like building a house. It is a long, arduous process that frustrates you and tears your brain apart. If you hammer a log in a wrong spot, the whole house collapses.
Making a game also takes dedication and hard-work and the ability to have fun while you are working on it. If you don't enjoy making it then chances are it won't ever get completed
