All the ones in the Philippines, which are actually three among the top ten largest malls by gross leasable area. People over there love malls. The country's richest man made his fortune his retail ventures.. Blah.

I find it interesting that one of the world's largest shopping malls is still almost empty. The New South China Mall hasn't managed to attract much retail in the five years it has existed.

Really? Any idea why?

Retailers didn't flock to the mall at all back in 2005. All I can comment on is that the mall's location wasn't all too ideal.

Yes, about...they have some of the worlds highest taxes, or the worlds highest. It's not a bad thing though...

The Scandinavian countries rely allot on the taxes, the taxes fix everything. That's how you get four of the worlds best to live in countries...

Health care, education, rights like no one has to go hungry...everything is run by taxes.

Though some Danish people come over here to Sweden buying cars cheaper.
