Well, a while ago, I dropped my phone in a shallow creek (who doesn't). It was on when I dropped it in, and when I took it out a few seconds later it was still on. I turned it off, and tried to turn it back on, but it wouldn't work. IF YOU DROPPED YOUR PHONE: What you need to do is 1.Get a bowl 2.(easy enough?) now get some rice and put it in the bowl. 3.Put your phone in the bowl and keep it there for a few days. Tips: Take out your battery and SIM card so they can dry too. I did this, and it worked, my phone worked like it was brand new. Also, do not try to start your phone up if it is wet or it may short circuit, and then you can say...Bye Bye.
Ah, I see what you're doin there... I forget what else works....but the point of the matter is, you wanna soak up the moisture inside your submerged cellphone.
I haven't had this happen, but I don't plan on having it happen either. It's too much work trying to save a flat-lining cellphone.
