Okay. Well my main favourite genre of music is preferably punk I guess. But like a sub-genre like pop punk. You know, things with good beats and a lot of electric guitar.
Now...techno anyone?
Not really a techno fan anymore but I used to like it when I was 10 or so.
Most genres, but Techno? No thanks. My favorite genre is movie scores/soundtracks. I collect heavily in that genre. I find it perfect for listening to while I'm writing.
But I also enjoy selections from Dance, Rock/Pop, Indie, New Age... If it has a good sound, especially a good melody, I'll listen to it.
My favorite has to be metal as a whole, but there are so many sub genres that exsist beneath that label. Thrash metal, melodic death metal, black metal, progressive metal...the list goes on. But I love it all
