Do you think newer users are hazed on the site if they do something older users know not to do? (If you don't know what that means, it's what you make people do (or how you treat them) before they are "initiated" into something) Just a random question, but I want to know your opinions. Also, have you ever hazed anyone (not just on Armor games)?
Where have you guys even seen this in the past month? You're either hazing or being stereotypical, one of the two. I mean the most we get out of anything nowadays is a short response by Prometheus, but that's it.

You can't really fault the new guys for not reading a sticky. You're forcing them to read. If a sticky is something important like "don't do this", it's either written in a clear-cut title, or it is just fundamental like the rest of the forums we go to. If they fail to read the stickies TWICE, then that's when we start to have some talks.
