Er.. maybe. I don't know :/ They mays well continue off MW, because they invest in these storylines and then leave them after 2-3 games. It's quite rediculous.

they stuck with the WW 2 theme for a long time besides there are a lot of companies who make COD games one of them could do it i would love that
