So there's an apocalypse (hypothetically, I'm not one of those people who carry a vial of lethal poison around waiting for the world to end). Almost 90% of the world's population is wiped out (a little over half a million people left worldwide). You found one survivor a week later(whoever you want). What would you do after the collapse of society? (For fun, to survive, etc.)
Repopulation? Well, with such a bottleneck situation you wouldn't go far, but I assume you don't care I'd do the same^^ What I would do would really depend on the situation, but let's say I'd first try to survive and get a shelter; meaning I start hunting and planting eatable plants (roots are just as good), and when I have time left, look for a convenient place to stay and reinforce it. On encounter with survivants I'd first try to find out their attitude, and if they're friendly make everything to stick together. Organisating a stable and sustainable structure would be primordial. If we would use ressources faster than they replenish, we would have to adopt a nomadic way of life. The more survivants, the more we can split work, the more we can advance. Over time I think building a village would even be imaginable. Reinforced of course, in case there are parasites like bandits running around. Yeah, and from there on everything's possible really..
Well I would want the person to be my friend brandon because we're both into guns and we're pretty strong. I would want a Mp5 if I got a gun with plenty of ammo he would probably want an M16 first build a shelter then look for non contaminated food and water

Alaska doesn't apocalypse. But in the case it somehow does, I would find shelter and hole up in there. Every now and then I would go and search for survivors, food, or weapons. I would also set up traps by my shelter to keep any unwanted visitors out, and have some sort of thing that releases a giant block (or similar large object) tied to a rope, so it swing down and bashes their face in. After that, I would chop em up, cook em, and eat em.
