A few days I excitedly picked up Fable 3 after work, got home and decided this was definitely worth the money. Yet I didn't have a clue how buggy my next few days with the game would be.

Character One
Was going great, I immersed myself in a new Fable world for the third time, but then disaster struck. Three hours into the game, the butler "Jasper" suddenly became mute. Now that shouldn't make you want to restart a game but I'm different. And plus, John Cleese (voice of Jasper) has one of my favorite voices of the entire human race. Seeing no fix for the bug, I restarted.

Character Two
I had gotten passed the point in the story I'd reached before, with a talking Jasper I might add. Things were going perfect, until I took on a fatal game crushing side-quest. Apparently at the end of it you were to face a boss, searchlight type things scan the area for your character and spawn zombies if you're seen by them.
What happened for me was the boss never came, and I was stuck in a room with endless zombies. Well, "Balls." I said.

I decided to start one more character and left him a little ways through the story (glitch-less), transferring most of my equipment from the previous characters. I'm putting Fable 3 on the shelf and waiting for an upcoming Update, until then I just may pick up Fallout New Vegas or some other game to make the wait shorter. But it's all in the name of enjoying my new game Fable 3 when I can.

But for all you Armor Game Fable 3 players, who actually got to the end flawlessly? If not, what glitches did you run into?

I got through the entire Fable 3 storyline without a noticeable glich at all. This is before any updates at all.

Are you talking about the quest with the two brothers? The spot lights only summon more hallowmen. Regardless if you step into them or not, you're going to fight through a bunch of enemies. It's a fairly lengthy fight, but if you fight off the hoards of hallowmen and ghosts for long enough, you will eventually beat the quest. There is no boss.

Just keep fighting through it. If you need any help with the quest and if you have xbox live, add NoName68 to your friends list, send me a message so I know who you are, and I'll see if I can help you out.

I'd invite you on that character but a good buddy and I were going at it for well over an hour. People told me about ghosts spawning in that area but all we fight are the hollowmen that spawn from the spotlights.

lets not forget Fallout New vegas

I bought Fallout New Vegas because Fable 3 raided me with glitches. I played New Vegas for about 20 minutes in and witnessed a man running into the SKY. HA.

Pretty much, yeah, if you don't count the dog running around in circles after finding dig spots, the slow-motion kill-cam showing a close-up on a dead enemy while his buddies beat the crap out of me, and a surprisingly large jump in time before the grand finale without warning, leaving me sort of unprepared. These are just minor problems, though, and I'd say I got through just fine. What annoys me, though, is that these minor problems were around for Fable 2 too, and there doesn't seem to be any effort put into reducing them.

So, to answer your question, "Yes."

Fallout New Vegas, on the other hand... Buggiest game I've ever played. People and monsters, both living and dead, getting stuck under, or halfway through, the ground. Corpses suddenly bouncing 10 meters up in the air for no reason, lag spikes, crashes, "cutscenes" in which you get stuck because a person who's supposed to come running is stuck running towards another NPC or an object, companions getting lost, etc. And I played this on my PS3, which works fine with other games, so don't give me any "LULZ GET A NEW COMPUTER" bullsh!t. It was definitely worth the money, though, even if you were sort of suicidal after the 15th crash of the day or so.

@iMogwai

I guess I have poor luck with getting the worst of glitches. I remember even getting a gamebreaker on Fable 2 where I couldn't use the A button period.
As I recall it was because I bullrushed out of this cave where a mission was supposed to get finished and the quest didn't end right.
Forever after that I had a "Press A to Skip Conversation" at the top of my screen.

Fallout New Vegas, on the other hand... Buggiest game I've ever played.

You got that right for sure, although I'm not crashing and burning too hard on that game. It's the odd freeze and maybe a guy once in a while will have a mouth that won't move when he talks.
