Does it only happen for one game? Make sure cookies are enabled and that you don't clear cache or something.

I believe I'm allowing cookies from armour games,
my op is xp, browser is firefox if thats any help

Depending on the game, the data is either stored on our servers, or (most likely) stored in your local Flash storage.

If the game uses our servers, and you're not logged in, nothing gets saved.

If the game uses your local Flash storage, you may need to increase the size of your Flash storage.

Hey Celticpiper, I responded to your other thread, you can go here to look at what I said. Basically what I said is in detail to what Ian said about increasing your flash storage. There's set instructions to do so and I just listed them off for you in that thread.

yeah freakenstein i tried that but when i brought up the settings option the only choice it gave me in the general settings was "enable hardware acceleration" and the only other options where for microphone and something else not relevant

freakenstein, just went back to your original post and tried again, the other option was for camera, i then went to the global settings option and that took me to the adobe site, i looked up local settings and it had a picture of the box that you are talking about, however for some reason my settings box has none of the tabs that will let me change what i need to, it is the latest version of flash, I'm confused
