ok so like frazes you hate or maybe just words for example i hate the sayings buck up and up and at em i dont know when i hear those a thread breaks in mt head and i pure rage goes into me probaly because my dad sayes buck up and i have issues with my dad but as for up and at em i cant say
I really hate the "hey, can I ask you a question?" Don't people realize that that IS a question?!?! And if you want my permission, and I don't give it, too late, cause you already asked one! Seriously people...
Oh, and anything with dude, dawg, homie, fool, *****, and all the other 'urban slang' that is so **** prevalent in society. I seriously just want to ***** slap everyone that says these words. Bad. Especially when they are talking to me personally. I'm very white, I dress about as opposite from 'gangsta' as you can get, and I'm obviously educated. WTF makes one think I will respond to 'yo yo fool, sup homie'. For goodness sakes get an education and a vocabulary consisting of more than slang and expletives.
I hate when people say " the world is not fair", because they say it to justify their unfairness. Yeah sure the world is cruel and unfair, but that's no reason to be vicious.
I hate it, when people get mad at some person who they don't even know (at the Interwebs). And, I also hate that, that people have to swear and, that so many people say, that they hate school.
I mean, we all should go to school, so we can learn something (new every day). Ummh, I do understand, that why do people hate it so much... Homework, tests,etc... But I think, that even homework can be sometimes fun, eh?
I also hate that *sigh, here we go again*, that people use the word "nerd" or "noob/N00b" to people who have glasses (nerd) and to the newbie/new players in some website/game (noob, etc).
Oh, and I also hate *cough* that, that some people use the word "invalid" to the persons who aren't invalid.
I also might be wrong with these things, so please don't get mad at me...

It's not saying but I really hate when people excessively swear in there phrases. I understand one or two swears when your in deep **** but when you have five swears in a single phrase, it really gets annoying and you sound like an uncreative idiot because you have no other insult then just swearing.
