As the name states, this is V2 of the Favorite Armor Games User. Now with better rules, and active users will keep up with this. _______
Rules 1. You can vote for 3-5 users Maximum
2. You have to provide a short answer as to why you voted for them, Like:
I vote Bob because he is really nice. Not so bad, is it? We have to weed out the people that are just randomly voting for users that are high up in the ranks. So that way no Newb can say:
I vote Firetail because he is #1.
Just so you get this, it means NO SPAM IS ALLOWED
3. Each vote for each user counts as ONE vote, none of these fractions to confuse our tally-ers. _______
On a side note, I am giving the Tally-ers power to count your vote or not. If your explination isn't good enough, it will not be counted. It may be harsh, but if they were really your favorite you should have something good to say about them. _______

I am going to agree here. Sure, don't count it, if people don't put up a reason, but don't try to force bolds on people just because you are too lazy/unamused to actually read their posts. It does make it easier, yes, but is it really a good reason to keep telling people to do it, thus spamming up the thread? I don't think so.
Also, as you probably all know, I am not going to take part. I have had my share of "YOU TAKE SIDES BECAUSE YOU ARE FRIENDSWITH/TALK TALK/POSTED ON *PERSON'S* THREAD!!", which is kinda pathetic and quite a disrespectful thing to say, but better be save than having to deal with that again.
Gonna add two more people to my votes. Gantic- imo One of the best mods for getting rid of spam, trolls, flamers etc. Strop-I guess just because of the way of moderation which makes me laugh.

This isn't technically a "famous user" thread.. If you are good friends with him I don't see why you shouldn't vote for him. By the way, I did see him a few months ago.
