Rules 1. You can vote for 3-5 users Maximum
2. You have to provide a short answer as to why you voted for them, Like:
I vote Bob because he is really nice. Not so bad, is it? We have to weed out the people that are just randomly voting for users that are high up in the ranks. So that way no Newb can say:
I vote Firetail because he is #1.
Just so you get this, it means NO SPAM IS ALLOWED
3. Each vote for each user counts as ONE vote, none of these fractions to confuse our tally-ers. _______
On a side note, I am giving the Tally-ers power to count your vote or not. If your explination isn't good enough, it will not be counted. It may be harsh, but if they were really your favorite you should have something good to say about them. _______

I just went through 200something pages of game comments, and my fingers are twitching real bad right now. Might be twitching over the lock-button too. So please, if you don't wish for this to be locked for the usual reasons of "ointing out individual users for whatever reason" and "offtopic" and "arguing/fighting", I think it is easier to skip ahead and ignore if people don't put it in bold. It might take a moment more to read, but at least you don't have to scream up about it, and make me think of those other vote-counters I don't like either.
Also, yes, baw I am grumpy, but this should not really be an issue, especially when it is not counted in the OP. If it was to be in the OP, she could have gotten a mod to lock it when she found out, and made a new one. She did not. Thus it is just petty complaints and a sense of power. And I will stop now before I earn myself a few more members for the "I hate Cenere"-club, and a ban on top. Now, excuse me, my wrists hurt.

I voted for the most part, though I kinda guesse voting for an inactive member was kinda pointless. It still stands, but I never thought that MIGHT be against the rules.
