i dont watch anime that much anymore since they took it of cartoon network (TOONAMI HELL YEAH!) but when i used to watch it my favorite shows were naruto and bo-bo-bo-bo-bo-bo-bo
I am going to have to go with Trigun, Initial D, Tora Dora, and The Last Exile. Having spent 2 years in Japan meself, my anime tastes have broadened dramatically.
HEEEHHEEE i am a big fan of Ecchi anime so my top 10 would be IF YOU ARE UNDER 16 LOOK AWAY THIS INSTANT I AM NOT KIDDING THIS IS NOT FOR CHILDREN dont ignore this i dont take responsibility for what you see here wait i am 13 doesnt matter DANGER DANGER 16+ ONLY (i am kinda mature) 10-Tonagura (i like the plot and the ending it was really funny and fun to watch) 9-Bleach(isnt ecchi but still fun and i like its comedic theme) 8-Rosario Vampire 1 and 2(AHH the memories i loved this thing SO MUCH TOO MUCH mako~chan kapu-chu) 7-Death note (not an ecchi but WOWIE ZOWIE i wasnt so baffled in my life i couldnt expect what was gonna happen so it was great i like mysteries) 6-Kanokan(who doesnt like a hot chick that turns into a wolf arrr) 5-kimi ga nozumo eien (great ecchi horrible ending i hated the ending like **** hatred not the worse but bad ending) 4-High school of the dead (beutiful graphics nothing less from a 2010 anime it has one of the best horro romance themes out there) THREE-3-School days (Sekai is HAWT ok that outta the way WOW breast squeezing cheating on your girl friend dieng in the end and getting your head chopped off so THE ENDING IS THE WORST OUT OF ALL ANIME) TWO-2-Chobits (YUMI IS BEAUTIFULLY HAWT yea you should wait for number one i like the ending the beggining the middle and the *start button* teeheehee) THE BIG NUMBER ONE-1- Seikon no Qwaser (ahh ahha ahh THE SMEXIEST ANIME GIRL EVER TOMO-CHAN her voice is something unusual i just dont know what to say it is majestic? the animation rocks the charectars seem so fluid and sleek the action scenes are epic half the episodes is breast sucking *yes breast sucking* no it isnt hentai the charectars are well funny even thow it isnt a comedy TOMO-CHAN oh ok umm where was i oh right the whole chemical elements bieng a factor in determing the enemy's strength and the charecters have chemistry with each other so it isnt all breast sucking even thow the breast milk is a main factor in determining the Qwasers strength TOMO-CHAN)
DBZ- before they made GT Yu-Gi-Oh- before they made the newer ones with new people. Avatar:the last airbender- always has been good. Pokemon-I watched it from 1999-2003, then I didn't enjoy it as much.
Bleach, old reruns of inyuasha, and kekashia (i dont know if thats what its called but its something like that) but my overall fav anime has to be inyusha because it does well moving the plot forward ever episode unlike other shows *cough* naruto *cough*
i also like death note to and btw AM I SRSLY THE ONLY PERSON THAT HAS SAID INYUASHA I MEAN COME ON THAT ANIME DEFINED HOW ANIME IS TOLD AND HAS GREATLY INFLEUNCED OTHER SHOWS THROUGH OUT THE YEARS (srry for double post)

Can i just say this? Anime sucks so bad. i really did try to get into it but i felt like a little boy again. i dont understand how people can watch it, its really stupid. i cant wait to see all of the idiots hate on me for this post ;P

There are plenty of Anime genres outside of shonen (aimed at young boys) that deal with more adult issues. Not all anime and manga are for children you know - some are dramatic, some are slice of life and some are detailed historic re-enactments. You can't just disown all anime as being 'stupid' otherwise you're the idiot.
