I'm not a flash game developer myself, nor do I ever imagine myself being one, but I'll bet that most of your help can come from this forum right here: How to make games, programming technique, useful links to have in hand, all that good stuff. Let me tell you though that it's a lot of work making a game. Don't let that stop you though!

First of all, you'll need to buy Flash. And I'll tell you, it ain't cheap! I think it's somewhere around $500+

That's if you want the good stuff. Software like Game Maker is a free download.
