Well, it happened. As of midnight, the game is out. (I know, I was there, though oddly didn't buy a copy o.O I was with a friend who was buying a copy.) So I'm making this thread now before a million other ones pop up tomorrow - Thoughts? Opinions? Likes? Dislikes?
On a related note, this game received a perfect 10/10 from IGN, and according to the same source has an average press rating of 9.9/10. No one's rated it under 9.5. There's been some good games lately... but nothing quite this epic.

Omg,i just bought GTA IV ON THE PS3!!I really like it even if im a girl,my thoughts?Its a great game,i think it will last 30 hours of gameplay for shure,and to explore all the city?At least another 10 hours to enter clubs and all!My opinion is to buy this game if you like prev. gta games cause this one is awsome!I rely like verythin in this game,my only dislikes is taht their is some tiny glitches here and there,but im shure they put up a patch for it,its rated mature,but who cares!I rate at least 9.8/10!
It's rated M... you gotta be 17 to buy it, at least in the US. Exactly why I can buy it (but don't have the MONEY >_>
After having seen the gameplay... Truly in shock and awe. It's... perfect. This is the epitome of what gaming should be. It literally brings tears to my eyes. I don't think there's any other game in the HISTORY of gaming that deserves the epic amount of praise GTA IV does. It's revolutionary... there were none like it before, and there will be few like it to come.
Well, since I'm under-age and I'm big and all, it would be pretty easy to get one here! Even though the rating doesn't matter here. I mean aging. Or whatever! Anyway, I can't wait for my brother to buy and install it! (Bwahahaha, being big has it's advantages. Like I could go to a R-18 or whatever age movie! Did that before, and wow! It worked. I got in! And boy, I was so stupid, to mature, to exposed...)
People are getting peed at Grand theft auto 4 and want it banned! If they dont like it then dont play it!! on the other hand i give it 14/10 awesome game
SA was really good if you played past the first part of it. The street gang part was kinda fun, but it got WAY better once you got into San Fierro and especially Las Venturas.
