Oh heavens no! I have only seen at least 5, including you and me, with this armatar. I would have to say the snake, next to the shield with starry background, is the most used. Everyone with enough AP goes for that armatar.
The wolf is overused, but the most overused one in my opinion are any of the archers. The basic 'noob' armatar. Seasonal armatars are also used a lot, often the same few, and dragons are used too much, because they're very attractive to someone who just earned them. I take pride in my moderately unique one, although it is fairly cheap.
