Here is a strange page that I have stumbled across. It seems to be an error page of sorts.
Notice how the first post is from '69 from an no name user with 0 posts. Clicking it takes you to someone who claims to be Crazinator (I think also ________________).
Also notice how the fourth post is older than the two posts above it.
Here is a link to the screencap, because it really can't be accessed unless by changing the url manually and then only at random.
Now, could you by any chance post a link to that thread?
-Well, first you can't post in it because it would be exploiting. -Second that thread is locked. -Third if I posted a link to it, it won't be there when you click the link, it will take you to a 404 error or an actual comment or thread. It only seems to exist temporarily and comes up as several different url's.
Well, the second link is the ArmorGames community search. I'm guessing it's been there since the beginning of the site. Anyway, we all just use the ArmorGames search via Google. The above isn't very...reliable.
That first link is in relation to the "age" of the company that is part of this site. That's why we sometimes find forums with recent dates being "30 years ago by:" and users that "osted" thirty years ago. Nothing but a glitch. It also seems to me that that thread you looked in is merging multiple threads together.
Freakenstein stated. The built-in forum search is ineffective, but it does list all the threads that were ever made on AG.
I've said ages ago that the 39/40 years ago error has to do with the server being off. Note that UNIX time began approximately 40 years ago (Jan. 1, 1970).
Posting in locked threads was something that could be done rather easily, as discovered by Graham. I expect that loophole to be closed up by now.
