I don't get why people hate Justin Bieber. I don't hate him nor do i hate his music. I dislike his music. I don't listen to those kind of songs, but seriously according to you guys. This kid is singing crappy songs for MILLIONS of bucks. I rather sing a song about love and get a **** load of screaming fans and money than sit here and waste my time hatin' certain type of singers.

. . . exactly. They're perfectly decent. I'm meh on Coldplay . . . I don't mind listening to them, but I won't usually choose to.
I used to be like, addicted to them half a year ago until I started listening to prog and metal. They're far, far better than most things people choose to hear nowadays.
Anyhow, I don't live in the US, but here in Mexico the popular music seems to be very similar, except metal is hated merciless. I have gained an "emo" reputation just for listening to it T_T. Heck, you gain bad reputation if you listen to anything that isn't alt-pop or mainstream Pop/Hip Hop that everyone listens to D:<
at my school i live near mexico so its mostly mexicans hear and they listen to mexican music with lyric in spansih if not that your white and listen to rap,pop or country but that all sucks in my and some peoples opinion also i perfer rock,punk,metal (no offenese to mexicans)

That's for sure. I'm disliked because I don't listen to rap. Honestly, it gives me a headache. If you can talk fast and rhyme at the same time. You're a pro. That's like choosing Lil' Wayne over Iron Maiden...
