It could be that you have indeed spammed in those two weeks. Even though you think your messages weren't spam, there could be a chance that a mod/admin found some of your messages to be to the contrary. You could also read the OP in this thread here, but I see you already did that.
The other 5% chance is that there could have been another AP hiccup that doesn't show your AP correctly. However, if that were the case, there would have been more reports of this happening with others. I'm leaning more on the "your comments were deleted for some reason" theory.
