I know that there is probably a list somewhere that has this already, but I haven't been able to find it. Would someone give me the link for it? Or if there isn't one, how would I find out how much is needed?

Should be correct. It even says "iron" instead of "silver"!
Well as you can imagine this site's been around for 3 years, someone's bound to keep track of where the AP thresholds are. They are also pretty spread out in AP enough that it's pretty easy to estimate where the requirement was once you got to it. The help page only gives you the info for the individual ranks, not the levels in-between.
